Reclaiming “real” strength is about getting back to what got you in the gym in the first place. It wasn’t about this % for x amount of sets. It was about adding pounds to a lift, and looking better, feeling better, and being able to prove it. Real strength isn’t something you need any equipment, and a ten week cycle to achieve, if you’re truly strong you can put it on the line any time.
