Start of a new training week…
Used my Compex today on the Warmup and Potentiation setting.
1-Box Jumps-4×3 at 38″
2-Squat

Warmups didn’t feel great, but the 765×2 was easy. Probably good for 4-5 reps there. From the side angle I could see I wasn’t sitting back too well but that’s what I have these tree trunk quads for.

4-Deadlift

5-Dead Squats
515x6x1, 1 min b/t sets
Hadn’t done these in quite a long time, but they felt good. I might need to go 1 hole placing lower.
Skipped the GHRs and Abs today because I needed to film these Q&As and get out of there. Also I stopped before deadlifts to talk to another coach for 20 minutes or so and my blood sugar was getting low from the session being so long, despite my Chocolate Milk/Banana/Protein shake and Rice Krispie Treat peri-nutrition.
