“We are passionate about the Pursuit of Progress. Progress is never finished, we are never finished learning; never finished refining our methods; never finished progressing. ”

I have seen immense increases in my squat and deadlift. I entered my first competition after 11 weeks on #chadbot and saw my total increase by 50KG/110lbs.
I have been following Juggernaut Programing for a while now and have been using the AI program since it’s release. I’ve managed to increase all three of my lifts in competition this year. My squat increased by 60 pounds, bench by 22 pounds and deadlifts by 28 pounds. I attribute the increases to the customizable work loads based on the fatigue rating and exercises focused on correcting weaknesses. The ability to work around injuries is also fantastic!
I've been running JuggA.I since the beginning and crikey has it produced the goods. I added 15kg to my squat which let me break the 300kg mark with a 305kg squat. And with only doing sumo for a few months, added 15kg onto that as well. All in all bloody bonza program that is easy to read, follow and manage when mega fatigued. Would recommend/10
I have been using the JuggernautAI system for a bit over 6 months now and have seen tremendous progress in my lifts and overall muscular composition. I really appreciate the flexibility the program allows me- in terms of the amount I train/week as well as figuring out my weaknesses. I always feel ready for my sessions- never overtrained, and love the exercise variations I have received.
I went from 180 to 245 kgs in 24 weeks, by squatting more reps per week than I did during the 2 months of my former programme. The volume of chadbot (and critical eyes of my training partners) forced me to work on my technique and therefore improve it by loads. The powerlifting pillars on YouTube were very helpful on determining the focal points during my lifts. To me it is worth every single penny. I can't wait what the next 23 weeks till my next competition will bring!
Incredible results can not be achieved through incredible programming alone. With over a decade of coaching thousands of athletes, we have developed The Juggernaut Mindset. Designed to help our athletes achive greatness, through a positive mental attitude.
Setting goals opens us up to two possibilities: success and failure. Setting big goals, great goals, set us up for greater success and the possibility of greater failure. The fear of failure paralyzes us from becoming truly great. You need to be courageous to overcome this fear and embrace the pursuit of greatness.
Motivation is only the spark, it is consistent discipline that will help us reach our goals. You must create a plan of action and work that plan with diligence and discipline
We must be grateful for the good and bad that comes with life, training, and relationships. We know that we are entitled to nothing, nothing is given to you in life and if you are expecting something to be, you are in for a rude awakening. If you are expecting your name, your team, your gym or any other status in life to give you success, you are wrong. Success is not given, it is earned, it is sweat for and bled for.
There will always be aspects of life that are beyond your control but you can’t spend your time focused on that, you must take care of your own performance, take ownership of how you react to situations and control your attitude and actions.
We are committed to acting with integrity in all facets of our life. We are committed to consistently looking inward to analyze our own actions and methods with honesty. We are committed to always pushing to innovate better ways to serve our community of athletes and customers.
