Did my first heavy squat training session for this training cycle. I like to start out my training cycle on squats by singling up to a max set of reps, usually 5 reps to start with. Last training cycle I got 740×5 at the very beginning and today I started the cycle by hitting 755×5! I was very happy and satisfied with today’s squat training especially since I haven’t done a heavy squat workout in over a month.
Squats:

Cable Upright rows:
-3 sets of 15 reps, adding weight each set
Leg extensions:
-3 sets of 15 reps, adding weight each set
Leg curls:
-3 sets of 20 reps, adding weight each set
Standing Calve raises:
-3 sets of 20 reps, 1 min of rest between sets
Leg raises on bench w/ ankle weights:
-3 sets of 15 reps
