Juggernaut Jacked Cookbook-Snacks

Written by

As you progress in your mass and strength gains, 3 big meals a day just wont cut it anymore, so you are gonna need to feed in between your big meals. These snack recipes will provide you with lots of quality calories and can either be prepared very quickly without much equipment or made ahead of time and stored until you need them.

The Juggernaut Deluxe Shake:

The Juggernaut Muscle Growth Formula is my go to post training shake, but for our athletes who have more weight they need to gain, I suggest the Juggernaut Deluxe Shake. One of our college football players used these almost daily to help him go from 249 pound to 273 pounds during this past offseason. His body composition was MUCH better at 273 than at 249. Throw all these ingredients in a blender for about 20 seconds and you will have a GREAT tasting shake to help you put on quality mass.

4 Scoops of Juggernaut Muscle Growth Formula

1 Cup of Oatmeal

            2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter

            1 Banana

2 Cups of Milk (Not that Skim Milk BS either)

            Ice (optional)

Macronutrient Breakdown

            Protein: 100g

            Carbs: 200g

            Fats: 60g

This shake is an excellent option for either athletes who are lacking muscle mass and need to create a great caloric surplus or for big strength athletes who need big macronutrient intakes to fuel their performance and recovery.

Monster Protein Cookies:

These cookies are a great pre or post workout way to get in quick digesting and delicious carbs.

4 Scoops of Juggernaut Muscle Growth Formula

            6 Egg Whites

            2 tsp Brown Sugar

            1 tsp Vanilla Extract

            2 Cups Oatmeal

            2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter

1/3 cup chocolate chips

            1/3 cup M and Ms

1 tsp oil (Olive, coconut, doesn’t matter the kind, just not motor oil)

Macronutrient Breakdown per cookie

            Protein: 18g

            Carbs: 24g

            Fats: 7g

This recipe should make 12 cookies, make sure to grease the pan before placing the cookies on there, otherwise you’ll have a hard time getting them off. Make a batch of these on a Sunday evening and take a couple with you each day and you’ll be well on your way to Juggernaut Jacked status.
