AJ Roberts

AJ Roberts, from the world famous Westside Barbell in Columbus, Ohio, is the World Record Holder for 308 pound weight class (Multi Ply). AJ’s lifting has skyrocketed over the past year, his deadlift specifically has gone from 735 to 815 pounds. AJ fills us in on what changes he has made to his deadlift training over the past year and what his go-to exercises are to build his massive pulling power. In addition to being an accomplished lifter, AJ is also very knowledgeable in sports performance, having served as an assistant strength coach at the University of Idaho for several years. AJ gives us a sneak peak into his new article in Men’s Health magazine on the limits of human performance. Two days after filming this interview, AJ went on to break his own total World Record, with 2830 pounds, made up of a 1130 squat, 905 bench and 795 deadlift.

Zane Geeting

Zane Geeting, EliteFTS.com sponsored powerlifter, is quickly rising through the ranks of the 220 weight class as a multi ply powerlifter.
