Fatigue Management is the #3 priority in the Scientific Principles of Strength Training. Properly managing fatigue means that you are balancing fitness and fatigue to train as hard as you possibly can (training up to your MRV) to raise fitness as much as possible, while mitigating fatigue from getting too high which will lead to diminished performance (non-functional overreaching and overtraining).
